The App: L’Oreal Paris Make-Up Genius

Put your camera into selfie mode, pick a look and…voila! You with a cat’s flick and orange lips; you with blue eye shadow; you with… You get the idea.
This app lets you ‘try’ any number of looks, as if you were looking in the mirror (you can check yourself out from any angle and the make-up ‘follows’ you).

If you’re overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of nail polish colours to try out (us, too), you’ll love this new app, which allows you to try them all, without so much as a swipe of smelly remover.
Use the adjustable bars to select the skin tone and nail length that best matches yours, then start playing.

Rimmel’s app is a hub of expert tips, easy to follow make-up tutorials and product suggestions that are based on your skin tone, eye colour and face shape.
Think of it as your daily make-up lesson.

Scan your product’s barcode and the app will determine any ingredients that may not be as eco-friendly as you first thought, whilst also offering greener alternatives.
