According to Google, we've all been going wild for braids. The search engine giant has revealed the three biggest hair trends searched for, and after everyone's favourite the man bun, it revealed the second most searched for hairstyles are braids.
'Braids are the most prominent among top trending hairstyles for women, with "box braids" and "goddess braids" representing the biggest trends based on search volume,' explained Google.
Some of our favourite famous women have obviously been hitting the internet for inspiration as the likes of Miranda Kerr, Drew Barrymore, Laura Bailey, Olivia Palermo and Sienna Miller meanwhile, have been sporting all manners of plaits and braided hairstyles on the red carpet and the streets, demonstrating just how versatile the look is.
But if you thought plaits were for pre-teens only, reconsider. These ladies are all making the case for grown-up braids.
